CALL OF DUTY: MODERN WARFARE II


LEVEL DESIGNER

For the main campaign and Coop I served as a level designer and Game Designer for the following missions: 


  • I created the level design for the for sections of the mission with various types of engagement: CQB, long-range, sandboxy open space, and more, giving the players several ways to complete the objective, using the open world level

  • I helped the scripters setting the stealth combat and objectives, set dressing for the interiors of the objectives making each one, different from one another and helping to play testing to find bugs and optimized the mission


Denied Area and High Ground:

  • I created the level design for several sections of the mission with various types of engagement, with help from other designers, making a small open-world level, with several POIs

  • Creation of POIs using various references to create villages, terrain, houses and interiors. Taking into account the combat encounters and cover for the enemies and players

  • Helping the scripters withe seting the objectives, enemies, set dressing, playing testing to find bugs and optimized the mission.

  • Having meetings with the Art, Light, and Audio departments to guide the design vision without altering the flow and pacing of the mission




Defender: Mt. Zaya:

  • Using the Zaya map Observatory and making the small changes to the Blockout to fit the Defender-type mission, making changes to the environment, and adding the cover places to the enemies and players.

  • Helping the scripter find the locations for the objectives, adding the enemies and weapons for the map. Playing testing, to find bugs and optimize the misson

  • Adding some set dressing to the area and objectives to fit the narrative of the mission

  • Having meetings with the Art, Light, and Audio departments to guide the design vision without altering the flow and pacing of the mission



Wetwork: 

  • I worked on this mission helping the scripters to find bugs and performance, since I join the project on the last year of development


Recon by Fire:

  • I worked on this mission on fixing Bugs, optimization and combat cover, since I join the project on the last year of development


Ghost Team:

  • I worked on this mission on fixing Bugs, optimization and combat cover, since I join the project on the last year of development
